What we have at ‘Coastal Wood’

Coastal Wood Holidays has five holiday cottages set within beautiful meadows and woodland.

Onsite we have ‘ The Old Wood Store’ which is a communal area full of maps, guides, DVDs, board games and useful holiday information as well as laundry facilities and table tennis.

The ‘Games Shed’ has a wide variety of games and toys for all ages. The middle meadow has a large play area which has a play frame and tower, swings and a climbing frame.

We have many meadow walks and woodland trails. The upper meadow has sea views and you can say hello to the neighbouring horses from the nearby riding centre. The middle meadow has grassy pathways – perfect for an evening stroll. The lower meadow has a large picnic area, a rope swing and lovely valley views. The woodland has a circular trail through the trees. On the way you will pass a tyre swing, ‘base camp’ and a scattering of child dens. Red kites, buzzards and butterflies are a common sight.

For pet owners, the lower meadow is the perfect place to let your dog have a run. Dogs love our enclosed five acre dog run field .

There are many fantastic beaches within easy reach from ‘Coastal Wood’. We are nestled between Pendine Sands and Amroth Beach. Marros Sands is our nearest beach and within walking distance through nearby fields and woodland.

Fantastic towns such as Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth and Laugharne are a short drive away.
